# How do I change my password?

## **Learn how to change your Slapshot password**

To change your password on Slapshot, follow these steps:

1. **Log in to Your Account:** Sign in using your current credentials.
2. **Access Account Settings:** Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard to access your "Profile settings."
3. **Choose "Privacy and Security"**: Locate the option to change or update your password in the "Privacy and Security" section of the left menu panel.
4. **Enter New Password:** Input your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
5. **Save Changes:** Click "Save" or "Update" to confirm the change.

Your password will now be updated.
