# How do I edit permissions of users sharing my workspace?

## **Learn how to edit permissions and change user roles from admin to team member for users sharing workspace.**

To quickly update user permissions in your workspace, log in and click the ‘Settings’ button. Navigate to the ‘Share Settings’ section, where you’ll find a ‘Team Members’ tab listing all users with access. Use the dropdown menu next to a user’s name to adjust their role, such as switching from “Admin” to “Team Member.” Changes are saved automatically.
